The wax on your chalk painted piece takes approximately four weeks to fully cure. During this time you can certainly use it, however be sure to take extra care when placing items that may scratch the surface.

Chalk painted furniture is water resistant but it is not waterproof. Be sure to use coasters whenever and wherever possible and clean up spills promptly..

To clean marks or stains use a damp cloth with soap. Avoid liquid furniture polish.

Keep your piece away from extreme heat or humidity.
